“乐享中国——欢乐春节”征集活动参赛启示
1、活动介绍
在中国文化部外联局的指导下，以中国文化网、中国文化网脸书及中国日报网英文论坛、脸书、博客为载体，邀请全球网友通过文字、图片、视频的形式讲述在世界各地参与春节庆祝活动的场景、体会或参与者与中国春节的故事，体现换了、热烈、和谐、共融的节日内涵，展示欢乐春节的独特魅力和与日俱增的影响力。
征集活动总周期为一个半月，预计1月27日左右发布活动页面，开始征集，截止3月5日停止征集，汇总所有参赛作品后请网友进行投票，最终结果将结合投票情况和专家评审团评分，文字、图片、视频三个类别各选出一、二、三等奖3及参与奖若干，给予物质奖励并授予中国文化网“欢乐春节”体验作品征集比赛获奖证书。

2、目标人群
对中国文化感兴趣的中外友人;参加驻外使领馆、海外中国文化中心和其他机构组织的春节相关活动的参与者(包括华人华侨)。
3、 征集要求
接受以中国春节为主题的文字、照片和视频作品，提交的作品必须使用英语。作品必须原创，不得侵犯第三方的知识产权。
文字作品：800单词(或汉字)以内。
摄影作品：所传图片必须为数码格式。图片大小不得超过5(MB)兆字节，格式应为JPEG或者JPG。图片的说明文字应为英文，完整准确且提供足够的细节信息。水印图片不予接受。
视频作品：所传视频长度不得超过3分钟，大小不得超过500(MB)兆字节。影像比例应为4:3或者16:9。所有上传视频题材不限(动画，真人实物影片均可)，但必须为MP4格式并使用英文描述视频。
4、活动时间
征集阶段：1月27日至3月5日(元宵节)
评审阶段：3月6日至26日 (专家和网友投票)
结果公布：3月底

6、评奖规则
拟聘请熟知中外文化交流情况的文化学者、中国摄影家协会专家和中国日报外籍专家共同组成专家评审团，为参选作品评分。
汇总网友投票结果和专家评审团评分结果，按照网友投票比重占40%，专家评审团评分比重占60%进行得分汇总，得出最终获奖名单。
7、奖品设置
一等奖(3个)：华为mate7智能手机或同等价格奖品(价值3000元);荣誉证书;
二等奖(6个)：国产智能手机或同等价格奖品(价值2000元);荣誉证书;
三等奖(18个)：音乐播放器或同等价格奖品(价值1000元);荣誉证书;
参与奖(100个)：国产电子产品或等价格奖品(价值150元)。
Chinese New Year, also known as Spring Festival, is the period when whole of China is in motion wearing a festive look from the last day of the last month of the Chinese calendar to the Lantern Festival on the 15th day of the first month.
With celebrations marking the New Year spreading from the Chinese mainland to nearly all parts of the world in recent years, we have decided to add our own color and festivities to the event by launching - world, please pay attention - the global online contest Chinese New Year – Just Share it! Chinaculture.org invites you to share your stories, pictures and videos about Chinese New Year.
Who
Anyone who is interested in Chinese culture and has stories to share about Chinese New Year.
What
Essays, photographs and videos are all welcome, with the theme Chinese New Year in My Eyes. The work must be original. Submitted works must be in English. All works must not infringe on any third-party rights.
Essays: 800-word limit
Photographs: Photographs must be in digital format. Images should be no larger than 5MB. Images should be either JPEG or JPG files. The caption must be in English, complete, accurate and should provide sufficient details. Watermarks are not acceptable.
Videos: All video entries must not exceed 3 minutes in length and be no larger than 500MB. Videographic aspect ratios should be 4:3 or 16:9. All video entries must be submitted in mp4 format. There is no restriction on the style of the video (e.g. animation, live-action, etc). Video description in English is required.
When
Submission deadline: Jan 27-Mar 5 (Lantern Festival)
Judging period: Mar 6-26 (casting of votes by expert judges + netizens)
Award announcement: late March

About the appraisal
Winners will be selected by a panel of experts consisting of cultural scholars, members of the China Photographers Association and foreign experts at China Daily (40%), as well as online votes cast (60%).
